VirtualLogix Supports PowerPC

The news is a little old now, but VirtualLogix is apparently now supporting 750 and "PowerQUICC" processors with its embedded virtualization product. Although they have several flavors, including Digital Media and Mobile Handset, PowerPC support has only been added to the Network Infrastructure product. Further details, including pricing, availability, and how VLX uses privilege levels on PowerPC, don't seem to be published.

penguinppc.org is the home of the PowerPC GNU/Linux project, the native port of GNU/Linux to the PowerPC processor. The site is is run and maintained by volunteers from the community. PowerPC GNU/Linux runs natively on PCI-based Apple Power Macintosh, many IBM and Motorola PReP and CHRP workstations, IBM pSeries and iSeries servers, Amiga Power-UP systems, and many embedded platforms that utilize the Motorola/Freescale and IBM/AMCC embedded PowerPC processors. The kernel supports multiple processors (SMP), which works on some Power Macintosh models and IBM servers.
